1. Registration Forms will be available online on the school website on the following dates only:
20th October 2024 to 20th November 2024
Cost of the form : Rs. 500/- (to be paid online while downloading the form & get the money receipt).
2. Only girls are eligible for admission.
3. AGE REQUIREMENT LKG: Must have been born between 16th September 2020 & 15th September 2021.
AGE REQUIREMENT NURSERY: Must have been born between 15th May, 2022 & 15th September, 2022.
4.The following documents will be accepted as proof of date of birth. One attested photocopy of the following :
i) Birth Certificate from: Municipality/ Corporation/ Office of Births and Deaths Registration.
ii) Baptism Certificate ( Only for Catholic/ Christian).
Note:
i) The date of registration of the birth certificate must be within one year of the date of birth.
ii) Supplementary documents such as Hospital Discharge Slip and Immunization Card etc. may be attached for further verification.
5. Caste - if SC/ST or OBC - Please provide Caste Certificate of Mother / Father / child.
6. Aadhar/ UID Number of the child is Not mandatory at this stage. However in case your child gets admission into our school then the admission will be regularized only after the Aadhar number is submitted.

8. No Donations/ Pressure :
Carmel School, Digwadih DOES NOT accept any donation for admission, either directly or indirectly. Therefore, if anyone requests/ demands donations from you in the name of the School, or takes money from you with the guarantee of procuring your ward’s admission into LKG, please report the matter to the School authorities IMMEDIATELY. Also, any pressure on the Management, through recommendations etc. will disqualify your child.
9. Rejection after admission :
ANY DISCREPANCY DISCOVERED IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR IN THE ABOVE PROCEDURE WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF THE SEAT AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF FEES.
10. The date and time for submission of Registration Form to the School Office is 07.12.2024. On the day of the submission of Registration Form both the parents and the child should be present.
11. Please keep one copy of the print out of your Registration Form.
12. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the SCHOOL WEBSITE on Saturday, 14th December 2024.
